PAY
$18 to $36/hr depending on experience. Helpers start at $18-22. Experienced installers $22-36. W-2 employment, paid weekly or bi-weekly. Most people start part time and pick up more days as they get up to speed. Prefer part-time at first but full-time is available for the right candidates.
NEW TO THE TRADE
You start as a helper running the insulation machines, moving material, pulling hose, and prepping and cleaning job sites. Once you have the basics down we train you up to installer and your pay goes up with it. Guys who put in the effort move up fast.
EXPERIENCED
Once we train you on our equipment you run installation and removal work. Blowing attics to depth, setting batt and vinyl, air sealing, baffles and dams, removal and vacuum work. There is a path to foreman running your own truck and crew.
WHAT WE NEED
18 or older
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation to our base site in Longmont (I-25 and CO-119). Most days you meet us there and ride out in the truck. Jobs can be up to an hour each way.
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
Show up on time, every time
Family owned and operated. You are trained by the owner and by people who know the trade. Real path from helper to installer to foreman with a pay bump attached to it.
