We’re looking for a skilled Demolition Laborer who knows the trade and takes pride in doing the job right.
If you have 3+ years of hands-on demolition experience and know how to demo safely without damaging active utilities or surrounding structures, we want to hear from you. This is not an entry-level position or general carpentry role.
What You’ll Do:
Perform interior and exterior demolition safely and efficiently
Operate hand and power tools including sledgehammers, pry bars, saws, and torches
Work carefully around electrical, sprinkler, and low-voltage systems
Keep job sites clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of demolition experience required
Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
Must pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders and lifts
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
