Fun, responsible caregiver wanted to welcome 31 y/o twin brothers with Down Syndrome into their home in Adams County. They wear neckties for supper & make beds to military standard.
Caregivers must be willing to provide ADL guidance, coaching the fellas to get back into the swing of things after the passing of their parents. Patience, with a good sense of humor, is needed for their silly, helpful, & somewhat stubborn personalities. Work alongside a supportive team invested in creating a caring home life where a healthy routine & lifestyle is strongly encouraged.
• Home must pass a HUD inspection/2 rooms preferred
• Must be able to read & write in English for medical documentation & take to them appointments
• I/DD experience is a must along w/ req’d HHP paperwork, i.e. home, vehicle & professional liability insurance, vehicle inspection, 1st aid & CPR training etc.
• Must have CO driver’s license, clean driving record, pass a background check & be able to go with the flow
• Independent Contractor situation $117/day/person
