American Restoration & Roofing is a family-owned and operated restoration and construction company serving the Colorado foothills and Denver metro area since 1996. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Water Mitigation Technician to join our growing team.
If you enjoy staying active, helping people during difficult situations, and taking pride in quality work, we'd love to meet you. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to emergency water damage, flood, sewage, and fire damage calls
Extract standing water using professional equipment
Remove damaged building materials when necessary
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Take moisture readings and document drying progress
Perform demolition and cleanup as needed
Move and protect customer contents
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Complete daily documentation and photos using company software
Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers
Assist with mold remediation and other restoration services as needed
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Good communication and customer service skills
Construction or restoration experience is a plus
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
