The Housekeeper role is a part-time, on-site position located in Denver, CO. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hostel. Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and dorms, common areas, and bathrooms and showers, handling laundry tasks, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. The role may also involve communicating with guests to address their needs and collaborating with team members to uphold high-quality standards.
Qualifications
-Proficiency in laundry and cleaning tasks, coupled with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
-Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting professionally with guests and addressing their needs effectively.
-Excellent organization skills to manage daily tasks efficiently and maintain an orderly working process.
-Ability to train new staff members and follow established cleaning procedures.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is beneficial.
-This role requires the ability to climb up and down bunkbeds in dorms during bed changes.
