We are seeking a skilled and dependable PIPELAYER to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, connecting, and laying underground pipes for water, sewer, drain, and gas system
Key Responsibilities
Install and join various types of pipes (PVC, ductile iron, concrete, etc.).
Grade trenches to ensure proper pitch and elevation.
Operate pipe-bursting or fusion equipment as needed.
Connect pipe pieces and seal joints using cement, glue, or specialized tools.
Work closely with heavy equipment operators to safely place pipes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a pipelayer in utility or civil construction.
Ability to read blueprints, transit levels, and laser setups.
Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong awareness of trench safety and OSHA regulations.
We are Also looking for a hardworking, reliable GENERAL LABOR to support our crew on various job sites. This full-time position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and clean up job sites, removing debris and potential hazards.
Load and unload building materials, machinery, and tools.
Assist skilled tradespeople (like pipelayers and operators) with daily tasks.
Operate basic hand and power tools (jackhammers, compactors, shovels).
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
Physical ability to stand for long hours, kneel, and lift heavy objects.
Reliable transportation to get to different job sites on time.
Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
