Position: Nanny / House Manager (Long-Term Career Role)
Child: 1 child, 6 years oldSchedule:** Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and travel on family vacations
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Compensation: Salary starting at $75,000+, depending on experience // Salary Position
Vehicle: Work vehicle provided during working hours
We are seeking a high-level Nanny/House Manager who is looking for a long-term position and views this role as a career, not a short-term job. **Schedule & Flexibility:**
* Start times range from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
* End times range from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Hours are flexible depending on school, sports, and family schedules
* Must be open to occasional weekends and traveling with the family
Childcare Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional care for our 6-year-old with warmth, patience, and energy
* Be fully present and engaged at all times (no phone scrolling)
* Help with homework and school projects
* Create fun, adventurous, and enriching activities
* Transport to and from school, sports, and extracurriculars
* Help manage school, sports, and summer schedules
* Keep our child active, curious, and learning
* Seek out new opportunities, programs, and experiences that support development
* Be a strong, positive role model in behavior, communication, and presentation
House Management Responsibilities (during school or camp hours):
* Grocery shopping and household supply management
* Lunch and dinner preparation
* Laundry and maintaining a tidy, organized home
* Manage and coordinate the cleaning team
* Schedule and oversee household vendors (maintenance, repairs, gutter cleaners, etc.)
* Coordinate household projects and upkeep
* Manage vehicle maintenance (oil changes, servicing, etc.)
* Run errands as needed
* Anticipate household needs and keep everything running smoothly
Professional Appearance & Presentation:
* Must dress to a professional, polished standard
* No yoga pants, workout clothes, or overly casual attire while on duty
* Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times
* You will represent our family in schools, activities, and appointments and set a strong example for our child

* Valid driver’s license
