The Handyman position at Task Titan Handyman Services involves performing a wide range of residential and commercial maintenance, repair, and installation projects throughout the Denver Metro area. This role requires reliability, punctuality, strong customer service skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.
Responsibilities Include:
* Perform drywall repairs and texture matching, including knockdown, orange peel, and other finishes
* Install doors and complete minor framing and carpentry work
* Conduct plumbing repairs, including leak repairs, fixture installations, drain clearing, and general plumbing maintenance
* Perform minor HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
* Complete minor roofing repairs and gutter cleaning services
* Repair and install tile, flooring, and related finish materials
* Perform interior and exterior painting, including full-house paint jobs and touch-up work
* Diagnose and complete minor appliance repairs
* Repair fences, gates, decks, and other exterior structures
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment on job sites
* Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service throughout each project
Requirements:
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Basic hand tools and equipment to begin work
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage job tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Must take pride in workmanship and consistently deliver high-quality results
