As the leader in Geotechnical we are constantly looking to expand our team and find personal that are willing to grow within our company.
Our Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT offices are currently seeking several field-labors to add to our already successful team. Candidates need no experience, just open to travel and eager to work hard with a construction company, bringing a great work ethic/attitude to the crew.
Construction Laborer Position:
In this position you will be required to perform physical work on various construction sites. You will start on basic tasks such as assisting with general site cleanup and organization, digging and grading with hand shovels, moving tools and supplies around site, and lubricating and cleaning equipment. From there you will be trained on the safe operation of basic hand and power tools used in construction such as drills, saws, grinders, and even pneumatic tampers and jackhammers. Further training opportunities will also be available throughout the season.
More qualified candidates with hands on construction experience such as installing rebar, placing concrete, tending drilling operations, forklift and/or skid steer operating experience is a plus but not required. All candidates must be open to travel (Daily per diem is provided along with all travel accommodations and expenses).
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two forms of identification.
• Excited and willing to travel and work in other states up and down the Rocky Mountains
• Eagerness to learn and have a coachable attitude.
• Excited and willing to work overtime.
• Stand, bend, lift up to 50 Ibs. throughout the day.
Applicants must possess the skills to work safely and efficiently at all times, be drug free, have valid identification, and must be eligible to work in the United States as verified through E-Verify. Average pay rate is $18 to $20/hour - Actual pay rate is based on experience.
