We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Parts/Shop Helper to join our full-time team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a shop environment. The Shop Helper reports to the Shop Manager.

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Provide two forms of identification
• Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in the industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more
• Ability to work in various positions, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• A willingness to work extended hours as needed
• Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with organizing and incoming parts and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and parts storage areas
• Help with basic shop tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, organizing tools and power washing equipment
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and shipments as necessary
• Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Support the shop team with basic mechanical or maintenance tasks, as assigned
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
• Perform other general labor duties as required
Working Conditions:
• Shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery and outside weather conditions
• May require occasional lifting, bending, and physical tasks
Compensation:
• Pay Range: $20-$25 (based on experience)
