High school diploma required
Prior construction or manual labor experience preferred
Landscaping or similar physical work experience is helpful
Basic understanding of construction drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail
Able to write accurate reports
Able to communicate clearly with on-site personnel
Willing to work a variable schedule
Available for some weekends and overnight work
Comfortable working outdoors year-round
Willing to travel when required
