Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Construction Helper to assist our lead installers and project managers on residential construction and remodeling projects.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn a trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a skilled carpenter, remodeler, or lead installer.
Responsibilities
Assist with demolition and jobsite preparation
Load and unload materials
Maintain clean and organized jobsites
Operate hand and power tools safely
Assist with framing, decking, and structural repairs
Assist with bathroom and kitchen remodels
Help with drywall, flooring, trim, and finish work
Assist with waterproofing and excavation projects
Assist with material pickups and deliveries
Follow company safety procedures
Support lead installers as directed
Preferred Qualifications
Construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic
Compensation
Compensation: TBD based on experience, skill level, reliability, and overall fit with the company.

Monday-Friday
