New Beginnings Home Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced Construction & Remodeling Lead to lead residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects.
We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, tenant improvements, decks, structural repairs, framing, demolition, excavation, waterproofing, skid steer services, and complete property renovations.
This is not a position for someone who needs constant direction or supervision. We’re looking for someone who can lead a crew, keep jobs running smoothly, communicate effectively, maintain high-quality workmanship, and help ensure projects stay on schedule. If you’re dependable, experienced, and take pride in doing the job right, we’d like to talk to you.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on residential and commercial construction and remodeling experience
Must own a complete set of professional tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to read blueprints and plans
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction and remodeling
Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions on the job
Experience leading crews, helpers, apprentices, and subcontractors while maintaining productivity
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Professional communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
Reliable, honest, accountable, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
Lead residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects
Manage daily jobsite operations
Lead and train helpers and apprentices
Keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality control
Perform and oversee framing, demolition, drywall, flooring, trim, doors, windows, cabinets, siding, decks, structural repairs, waterproofing, and general construction work
Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and jobsite logistics
Communicate project progress, material needs, and job updates
Follow company systems, safety standards, and expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

Shows up late or misses work
Cuts corners or produces poor-quality work
Creates drama or brings a bad attitude to the jobsite
Doesn’t take ownership of their responsibilities
Claims experience they don’t actually have
