Job Title: Carpenter Roofer
Location: Colorado Springs & Denver Metro
Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (with occasional on-call work)

We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter Roofer with at least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing and carpentry. If you’re passionate about maintaining and improving infrastructure, have a keen eye for detail, and prioritize safety, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Roofing: Inspect, assess, repair, and install various roofing systems including shingles, metal, single-ply membranes, slate, coatings, and sheet metal.
• Carpentry: Perform general carpentry tasks like door installation, trim, siding, decking, and wood repairs for both commercial and residential properties.
• Safety: Follow all OSHA safety standards, use fall protection, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of work completed, including progress pics, materials used and receipts.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dynamic team and contribute to the success of mission-critical infrastructure projects.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial roofing, with proficiency in roofing systems (shingles, metal, etc.), carpentry, and blueprint reading.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to handle physical demands including climbing, standing, kneeling, lifting, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
• Tools & Skills: Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Knowledge of structural framing and finish carpentry is a plus.
• License: Valid state driver’s license required. REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (U.S. passport, military ID) required for federal military installation access.
