Experienced Crew Foreman and Master Crew Foreman Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week, year-round

These are not basic production jobs. Our projects combine excavation, grading, gravel, structural steel, concrete, plumbing, carpentry, electrical coordination, masonry, waterproofing, and detailed finish work. Every project is different, and the finished product is something you will be proud to show people for years.
We are hiring for multiple field positions, from hardworking construction professionals looking to use their experience to grow their skills within a new and exciting trade to experienced leaders ready to manage crews and projects.
EXPERIENCE FROM OTHER TRADES IS WELCOME: You do not need to come from the pool industry.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
Landscaping and hardscaping
Carpentry and framing
Concrete and formwork
Rebar
Plumbing and PVC installation
Masonry and stonework
Shotcrete, plaster, or finish troweling
General construction and project leadership
We can teach pool construction. What we need from you is a strong work ethic, construction ability, attention to detail, dependability, and the desire to keep improving.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Construction Team Leader
Starting Pay: $25–$30 per hour
Lead a small team while working alongside them in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction worker, landscaper, framer, rebar installer, or tradesperson who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
Strong Team Leaders can advance into Crew Foreman positions.
Crew Foreman
Starting Pay: $30–$35 per hour
Manage approximately one to three or more team members while performing hands-on construction work. Crew Foremen are responsible for daily production, workmanship, documentation, safety, material coordination, and keeping smaller projects moving forward.
Strong Crew Foremen can advance into Master Crew Foreman positions managing multiple projects.
Master Crew Foreman
Starting Pay: $35+ per hour
This position is for highly capable construction leaders who can manage difficult scopes of work, train others, solve problems in the field, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
With approximately 50 hours per week, overtime, and company bonuses, experienced Crew Foremen and Master Crew Foremen may earn $85,000 to $100,000+ in annual gross compensation, depending on their position, experience, and performance.
WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
Depending on your position and experience, you may be involved with:
Reading construction plans and establishing project layouts
Excavation coordination and jobsite preparation
Building full-height structural forms
Gravel placement, compaction, and precision grading
Installing structural rebar and steel reinforcement
Installing Schedule 40 PVC plumbing systems
Coordinating electricians, subcontractors, and inspections
Setting elevations, guide wires, and critical dimensions
Preparing pools for structural concrete placement
Stripping forms and completing structural cleanup
Installing equipment, drainage, and underground systems
Managing materials, schedules, documentation, and crew production
Completing detailed finish work on high-end properties
Experience with shotcrete carving, plaster troweling, tile, coping, waterproofing, or back-end pool construction is a major plus, but it is not required for every position.
THIS IS A HANDS-ON CAREER
This is not an office position.
Every field leader at Aquality Construction works alongside their crew. You must be willing and able to perform physical construction work, operate tools and equipment, lift materials, kneel, climb, and work outdoors for shifts that may occasionally last 10–12 hours.
The right employees can eventually advance into hybrid field and management positions overseeing multiple crews and projects.
