Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Part-time, ongoing work, flexible days - we can work around your schedule.
Location: Aurora, CO (near Aurora Mall)
I am looking for a reliable handyman to help with general maintenance and upkeep around our facility. This is a great fit for someone handy, detail-oriented, and comfortable doing a variety of hands-on tasks.
General duties may include (not limited to):
Surface prep and painting (removing old caulk, cleaning seams, grinding down sharp edges, wiping down dust, applying sealant to seams and gaps in metal surfaces)
Basic repairs around the facility (doors, gates, fencing, fixtures)
Cleaning and prepping surfaces before repair or paint work
Light carpentry, patching, and touch-up work
General facility upkeep and odd jobs as needed
What we're looking for:
Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools (grinders, caulk guns, etc.)
Attention to detail and willingness to do prep work right (not just the fun parts)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Prior handyman, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person
Comfortable being around dogs in a busy/loud environment environment
