We are seeking Laundry Production Workers to join our team at our Denver facility. This role is responsible for processing linen efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards in a safe, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sort clean and/or soiled linen for processing
Feed clean linens into automated folding machines
Manually fold smaller items (e.g., terry products)
Operate and support production roles such as ironers, feeders, folders, shakers, stackers, and wrappers
Tie and bundle clean, dried linen and terry products
Sort and distribute linen into appropriate containers
Meet or exceed established quality and productivity standards
Track production as required
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Report mechanical or material issues to the Shift Manager
Follow all safety procedures and prioritize accident prevention
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to understand and respond to basic verbal instructions
Ability to follow directions effectively
Strong organizational skills
Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
Preferred:
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience
Attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
Ability to work in an industrial environment with heat, cold, and noise
Safety Responsibilities
All employees must:
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report unsafe conditions and workplace injuries promptly
Participate in company safety programs
