Hiring Property Preservation Contractors –Denver and Surrounding Areas
We are looking for experienced property preservation contractors in Denver and nearby areas. Work includes:
• Lawn care & debris removal
• Lock changes & securing
• Winterization
• Trash outs
• Minor repairs (roof, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
• Photo documentation required for all jobs
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Own tools, smartphone, and transportation
• Experience with preservation work or handyman services
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
Must have a lawn mower and all required equipments.
