We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and comfortable with door-to-door sales, cold calling homeowners to generate new business.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales and cold calls to prospective clients.
Promote and sell our range of building services, including sewer lines, paint, remodels, roofing, gutters, new builds, siding, gutters, and insulation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Compensation: This position is commission-based. Depending on experience and performance, earnings can range from $40,000 to $250,000 annually.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
