We are looking for 2–3 hardworking and motivated Production Specialists to join our botanical processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on processing of raw materials. You will help turn bulk botanical products into refined goods by operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining a clean production floor.
This role requires physical stamina, the ability to follow safety rules, and attention to detail. If you enjoy active work and being part of a production team, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Machine Operation:
Safely operate, monitor, and clean processing equipment. This includes everything from basic hand tools to automated machinery.
Production Logs:
Keep accurate records of daily tasks and production numbers. You will need to report any issues or output totals to your supervisor.
Workspace Upkeep:
Keep the facility clean, organized, and sterile. You must follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Teamwork:
Communicate clearly with your crew and management to make sure daily production goals are met on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Warehouse, manufacturing plant, or chemical processing facility is a plus. We are looking for people who are comfortable working around machinery and bulk materials.
Physical Strength:
Ability to stand for long shifts, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift up to 60 lbs.
Detail-Oriented:
You must be comfortable with monitor equipment gauges to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to think on your feet and alert management if equipment is not working correctly.
Reliability:
Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to following procedures.
Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or GED. You must have basic math skills and be able to read and follow safety manuals and instruction sheets.
