What You’ll Be Doing
This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role. You’ll be:
● Cultivating, managing customer relationships, and following up on leads.
● Knocking residential doors in storm-affected areas.
● Educating homeowners on damage, the insurance claims process, and next steps.
● Performing property inspections. (including climbing roofs)
● Meeting with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate scope.
● Creating and documenting scopes of work, managing jobs from sale to finish.
● Communicating with our internal teams to keep projects moving.
● Market Door-to-door with prospective clients, and networking with professionals in your area.
● Generating your own leads daily — company leads are reserved for top performers.
You’ll be working in and around Denver, Arvada, Lakewood, Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster, Ft. Collins, and surrounding metro areas.
This is considered a Hybrid position, reporting in to the office daily, and mixing that with time ‘in-the-field’.

What You Can Earn
This position offers a base salary + commission with uncapped income potential — your hustle drives your paycheck.
● Year 1 average earnings: $75,000–$90,000
● Top reps earn: $150,000–$180,000+
● Compensation during training provided
● Monthly bonuses available based on performance
