Lawn Care Technician $20 - $24/hr

As a Lawn Health Care Technician, you will play a key role in helping customers achieve healthy, beautiful lawns by applying fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides safely and effectively. Responsibilities

• Complete a daily route of 15-20 stops throughout the Denver Metro area, servicing residential and commercial properties
• Apply fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides in accordance with Department of Agriculture safety standards
• Mix chemicals accurately and responsibly
• Drive and operate spray vehicles (such as F-350 or Promaster vans) safely, including in downtown areas
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly
• Keep accurate daily records of applications and services performed
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable driving trucks or vans in urban and suburban settings
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and growth-oriented mindset
• Quick learner with attention to detail

Compensation

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience). Paid weekly. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional later days during peak season and occasional weekend work as needed. Seasonal employment runs through late October or early November, with the possibility of year-round work.
