We will hold classes to certify all qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic at construction sites to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Communicate with drivers and pedestrians to provide directions or instructions.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control measures as needed.
- Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors or appropriate authorities.
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, and the public.
- (GO Personnel will certify you)
-This position covers the whole Front Range area.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a traffic controller is preferred.
- Previous outside work is preferred.
- Familiarity with traffic control devices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Temp to Hire:
You’ll work directly with our client, gaining valuable experience in a temporary capacity.
The path to permanent employment is based on your performance and dedication.

Base pay of $20.00 per hour. (Weekly Pay)
