Hi, my name is Chase and I’ve been a personal trainer for more than 12 years now.
I have a degree in Kinesiology and my typical clientele is general population, folks who are looking to learn how to exercise safely and effectively, reduce risk of injury in everyday life, gain strength & muscle, and lose fat, if that’s your thing!
I have a passion for teaching, specifically resistance training, and believe that “less is more” when it comes to designing and implementing a plan. I enjoy helping others learn the “why” and “how” behind an effective exercise program.
I’ve always trained inside of a gym setting but am trying to grow my own mobile training business in the South Denver area.
I charge $70/hour for 1-on-1 sessions and $40 per person/hour if 2-3 people train as a group.
I give all of my clients a personalized program that is theirs to keep.
