I'm a professional CMT w/close to 2 decades of training. My sessions are Relaxing and Therapeutic, full body with full body stretching if requested!
My bodywork varies from Swedish, Deep tissue, Relaxation, Healing Light touch, Sport or Combination. I focus on working out all the knots, tightness, aches, and pains.

I also offer stretching in my sessions. Stretching is super important for the entire muscular system. This keeps your body moving and flowing with fluidity.
