A position that will entail performing all human resource management functions as well as Club communications roles, the Human Resources/Communications Manager will play an integral part to influencing policies and procedures while working alongside the General Manager, department heads and all other employees.

Human Resources and/or Communications experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required. Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, staff management and Jonas software experience is a plus. Organization and the willingness and ability to learn is a must.
