Our agency has an opening for a full-time, entry-level Program Manager in Denver. This position is responsible for complying with federal and state rules and regulations to ensure the health and safety of each individual we serve. Pay is dependent on experience.
-Monitoring, writing, managing of support plans (ISSP) for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
-Maintaining employee schedules
-Ensuring the supports of those we serve are met according to their individualized plans
-Maintaining rules/regulations and guidelines.
-Ensuring Health and Safety at all times
-Provides Direct care when necessary
-Coordinating team functions
-Implementation and documentation of quarterly trend reports
-Compliance with the Human Rights Committee (HRC)
-Employee and Contract Provider training and monitoring
-Extensive public contact
-Program Manager 2 year minimum experience preferred
-Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services field, or Associate's Degree with 2 years experience working in the Develeopmental Disabilities Field
-Flexibility to drive throughout surrounding counties for appointments and applicable monitoring
-Must pass background check
-Must submit a recent Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and obtain a clean driving record
