What You'll Do:
You'll be the first impression, the front line, and the glue that holds the recruiting team together:
Answer incoming calls and greet candidates with warmth and professionalism
Manage timecard processing and assist with payroll coordination
Support new hire paperwork, onboarding, and E-Verify compliance
Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM database (and yes—details matter!)
Organize and track drug test results, IDs, and confidential forms
Help keep our lobby and office areas neat and welcoming
Stay on top of office supplies and ensure nothing runs out
Handle in-office applicant conversations with empathy and discretion
Communicate with recruiters and payroll team to keep everything moving on time and accurate
Be a reliable, go-to team player who loves making a difference!
