Are you in need of an Electrician, Plumber, HVAC or Appliance Technician? That is what I am here for.
Having owned and maintained several rental properties, my father and I performed most all of the maintenance and upkeep required to keep them mechanically sound and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
With my core skills in mechanical services as mentioned above. I can troubleshoot and repair most things in residential homes!

My experience is diverse and sound. Including:
PLUMBING - repairs and installations of water heaters, toilets, garbage disposals, faucets, clogged drains, leaks of all kinds.
ELECTRICAL - troubleshooting and repair of all residential electrical issues. Like new switches, light fixtures, outlets, sub panels, adding new circuits, car chargers, Garage door openers etc.
HVAC - troubleshooting and repair of furnace and air conditioning issues including replacements of units
APPLIANCES - installation, troubleshooting and repairs of ceiling fans, garbage disposals, microwaves, dishwashers, water heaters, washer and dryers etc.
HANDYMAN TASKS: Such as gutter cleaning, fence repair, power washing, window and door/lock repairs etc.
