The motor on this is a little whiney but it's been like that for a while and still works fine. I suppose if you wanted to put in a quieter one you can since Hoover still sells every spare part for this model.
This comes with the hose, in perfect shape, and a hand tool for cleaning upholstery, steps, etc.
One of the reasons I've loved this (and why I got it in the first place) is that it has separate tanks for clean and dirty water so it's super easy to dump it, the dirty water tank comes apart so you can really clean it and the cleaner can go in at full strength and the tank shows you where to add water to, making it super simple to set up and use.
