Dyson DC07 upright in yellow, complete w/ all onboard tools!
First, yes, this is an older model, but it's in great condition and it's performance is outstanding. The suction is amazing. A lot of folks, myself included, prefer these older earlier Dyson models to the much newer Dyson stick type vacuums. They seem a little sturdier and they still offer the legendary Dyson performance. And their durability speaks for itself.
I'll argue that this machine will outperform a brand new "in the box" vacuum from one of the leading brands. And it will last longer too probably even with the head start. Yes, it's really that good. I'm amazed every time I vacuum at the amount of crud that appears in the canister. (And really can't believe that stuff came from our floors- yuck)
The DC07 model is operable as an upright- in either the bare floor mode or carpet mode in which case the brush roller assembly is activated. It's a simple foot switch to toggle between bare floors and rugs. The Dyson DC05 converts easily to a canister style vacuum with a wand for crevices and cracks and hard to reach areas like along baseboards. We'll show you how this works--it's very simple.
This unit is ready for any vacuuming jobs you have! Nothing is broken and the vacuum works great.
Canister is super easy to empty and...no bags!!! Plus you can see what you've vacuumed up. There are several filters on the Dyson DC05 which should be inspected regularly. (easy to clean/ change)
As is true with any vacuum, you should empty canister after every use and clean the dust roller assembly periodically.
More good news: if any foreign objects get sucked up, no problem; Dysons modular construction makes removing any offending objects very easy.
Check out pictures! One image shows a "dirt-hair pile" that demonstrates how much this vacuum picks up. 5 mins of vacuuming and look how much debris it picked up! It's kinda gross but you see it's doing it's job! And it's in there instead of your house.
Vacuum includes crevice attachment, flat attachment and brush attachment when using the "canister-wand" feature.
As an added bonus, this model comes with an extra long cord and most likely will allow you to reach every area in your home from a centrally located single outlet.
