Nice size, portable file storage case for protecting documents. It has slots on the sides to hold hanging folders. Shoulder strap to make carrying more convenient.
A little more protection from weight and impact than a soft sided case.
Has some minor scuffs and signs of light use but the clasp, strap swivels, hinges, strap, all work great.
Could be used for storing all kinds of things I guess but it was manily made for files.
