Very unique painting of a girl's head using multimedia. There are three patches where decorative paper have been applied on top of the painting. See photos. I could not make out the artist's name, however, I did bring it to an appraiser who felt the painting was worth $100. Given to me many years ago by my father who was an antique dealer. My guess is it was done by a local Carmel, California artist. Measurements, with frame included, are approximately 11 3/4" by 10". I think it is very pretty in its simplicity and interesting in the application of paper. In my internet searches, it looks like the small red symbols above the signature means beautiful treasure. Very well framed and in great condition. Thank you
