Installation Information
• Requires a minimum of a 50amp G.F.C.I. circuit, 4-wire service (two hot, one neutral, one ground; Must all be the same wire gauge) But for all pumps to run with heater a 60amp G.F.C.I. will be required.
• Wiring and electrical hookup are the buyer’s responsibility; seller is not a licensed electrician and cannot perform hookups
• Buyers should check with local building department about any necessary permits

Delivery Details
• Free Basic Delivery: Included within the metro Denver area or a 30-mile radius of Brighton, CO.
• Extended Delivery: Delivery beyond the free area is available for an additional mileage fee of $7 a mile.
• Delivery Conditions: Basic delivery includes transport and placement at your location, provided there is a clear path (no steps, deep gravel, low overhangs, or steep grades). If a crane is required, the associated cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Additional charges may apply for obstacles or extra labor/time.
• Flexible scheduling—weekdays, early evenings, or select weekends

• Purchaser must be present at seller’s home to inspect, test, and complete the purchase (no exceptions)
