I am moving from my home of 30 years, and am looking for a 1+ bed, 1+ bath unit that is one level and has a small yard. Must be pet friendly as I have 2 small dogs (4 & 15 lbs).
* Long term rental preferred, but at least 12 Mos lease. I have poor credit due to circumstances beyond my control, but am able to pay a year or two in advance, or can guarantee payment thru a trust company.
* Preferably South Denver (Lone Tree, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Englewood areas) but will consider all other safe areas.
* Small yard is a MUST - as is W/D or hookups.
* Good budget for right place. I would like to find somewhere to rent long term. I will take great care of your place. Non-smoker.
