Our established R&A healthcare facility is in search of an experienced and compassionate Caregiver/Personal care provider who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for committed individuals who have impeccable communication skills, and can problem solve on the spot. Our Caregivers/Personal care providers have a reputation for being cheerful and receptive as they administer non-skilled care to our Special need’s clients. We are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team, who is kind, caring and compassionate.

The services are non-skilled for our in-home clients with special needs range from children to seniors. Typical duties include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, personal cares, respite, transportation, etc.

We will train a right person. However, experience of working with Adults with the Mental Deficits is a plus.

Loving family in Parker is in search of a care provider for a very special, loving 10 year old boy. The client is Autistic, ADHA, and Deaf/ Hard of Hearing. (Meaning he wears hearing aids but can communicate well). His family is looking for someone who is engaging and energetic and able to keep up with an active 10 year old. This special boy demands constant 100% eyes on all times care. Being Autistic and ADHD requires him to receive constant attention and engagement to prevent boredom which can lead to dysregulation. He does have a special knack for anything IT and will "WOW" your socks off with the knowlege he holds.

Candidates should have experience in dealing with "meltdown" and moments of dysregulations. As well as able to utilize methods and strategies to defuse such situations. (Such as redirection). Safety is an ABSOLUTE MUST. Both for the client as well as care providers at all times.

Duties for the position may also possibly include basic homemaking and respite. We are looking for care possibly 3 days a week in the afternoons (after school). Total hours average to 21 a week.

Candidates will need flexibility in their schedule and availability for no school days, school breaks, sick days care, with hours increasing during the summertime. Candidates should be comfortable with pets, have their own reliable transportation, and a non-smoker. We have a philosophy of working collaboratively as a well functioning team.
