🏥 Clinical Director / Clinical Program Director (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)

Are you passionate about transforming lives and building innovative behavioral health programs? The Purpose Network is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and visionary Clinical Director to lead the clinical development of our rapidly growing nonprofit organization serving individuals in recovery, those experiencing homelessness, justice-involved populations, and families.
This is an opportunity to help shape a growing organization that is expanding recovery housing, outpatient treatment, case management, and community outreach throughout Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health programs.
Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with Colorado BHA, Medicaid, and applicable licensing standards.
Oversee assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and quality assurance.
Develop and implement evidence-based clinical programming.
Collaborate with leadership on program development and expansion.
Participate in policy development, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
Build partnerships with community agencies, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
Support staff training, professional development, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
Current Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (required).
Clinical supervision experience preferred.
Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented systems of care.
Experience with Medicaid documentation and behavioral health compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for serving vulnerable populations and building innovative community programs.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Recovery-oriented behavioral health services
Community mental health
Housing and homeless services

Program development and accreditation
