Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Phologists (SLPs) for positions in the Denver, Colorado area. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply, and dediced clinical supervisors are available to provide support and mentorship throughout the school year. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluions, therapy services, and educional support to students in a collaborive school-based environment. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for qualified providers.

Responsibilities

• Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Contract length: 2026–2027 school year

• Key Duties:

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluions, and therapy services to students
• Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educional plans
• Maintain accure documention of therapy sessions manually or electronically
• Complete IEP documention and end-of-year process reports as required
• Collabore with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans

Requirements

• Educion

• Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Phology or reled field

• Licenses & Certificions

• Preferred: Ste licensure/certificion required based on assignment
• Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
• Providers requiring sponsorship are welcome to apply

Skills:

• Strong communicion and collaborion skills within educional environments
• Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documention, and speech evaluions
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and ste guidelines
