FTE: Days, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Full-time Days, various shifts available
Pay: $20.26 - $26.34 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
MA certificion or registrion (Medical Assistant I)
UCHealth will hire into a Medical Assistant title in lieu of a Medical Assistant registrion or certificion if a candide possesses: 3 years of Medical Assistant experience OR is a gradue of an accredited medical assistant program.
BLS - BLS through the American Heart Associion or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start de. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Performs routine clinical and administrive duties in support of assigned area or office.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction and supervision of a provider or nurse, assists with performing pient care.
Performs basic clinical skills and specimen collection. Monitors and communices changes in pient conditions. Documents pient care provided.
Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examinion areas.
Performs administrive or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, da entry, and pient registrion.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take approprie action.
