employment type: full-time

Seeking a dedicated, fun-loving professional to contribute to a family owned and operated Day Program! Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are responsible for providing direct support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities; this includes assisting with activities of daily living, accessing the community, toileting, and socialization. This role includes driving a coach bus (but don't worry, no CDL is required!). Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have the ability to pass a Colorado Bureau of Investigation background check.

DSPs are paid to have fun! Every day, we accompany our folks to activities such as bowling, to the library, touring museums, out to lunch, and so much more. We go beyond showing up--we participate! Anyone can sit and watch someone bowl, but not everyone can get in there and support an individual in a wheelchair bowl a strike!

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. However, experience is not! We will provide comprehensive training, including:
• First Aid/CPR
• QMAP
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention
• Person Specific Training
Plus, you'll always have access to your team if you have questions, which includes nursing staff. We are a TEAM-- Teamwork makes the dream work!

Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Full-timers are eligible for health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and sick time after 90 days. Our hours of operation are M-F from 7:40-3:40.
