Our established R&A healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver/Personal Care Provider for the Denver Metro Area. This role is crucial in supporting clients with special needs, ranging from children to seniors, helping them maintain a high quality of life in a respectful and caring environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Impeccable communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Cheerful, receptive, kind, and compassionate demeanor.
• Experience working with adults with mental deficits is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Must be able to pass a background check (processing time: 5-7 business days).
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in non-skilled care.
• Ability to respect and accommodate cultural and religious practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized living space. Cleaning up after whichever task is done. (if meals were made & if games were played)
• Going out into the community if the client is in the mood or the weather is right.
• Understanding what the clients’ disabilities are, and knowing when a bad day appears, as they will.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adjust schedules for family events and changing needs.
Client Profile:
This client is a woman in her 50's who has suffered multiple strokes, daily migraines, PTSD, anxiety and has difficulty with time management and mental processing of questions being asked. She requires someone who is patient with her as well as compassion with knowing it takes her a minute to catch up. She needs someone who is consistant with showing up as well.
She requires assistance with certain activities of daily living, including meal preparation and reminders for personal hygiene. It is essential that the caregiver be patient, understanding, and experienced in supporting adults with dementia like behaviors. This client has had multiple strokes and needs consistant reminders to take meds and to help her stay on task as her disabilities also display as ADHD.
At this time, "I am actively seeking a female caregiver capable of providing safe, compassionate, and consistent care."
Her schedule is limited due to the variety of Doctor appointments she has on a weekly basis. Please see clients availability below:
Work Schedule:
Sundays: 5 pm - 9 pm
Mondays: 4 pm -8 pm
Wednesdays: 1 pm - 4pm
Thurdays: 10 am - 6 pm
Saturdays: 11 am - 6 pm

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Monthly pay is offered, with cash advances available. Additional hours can be provided by working with multiple clients to meet preferred scheduling needs.
