Looking for a Lead PCP, to assist with home visits and interoffice duties. will assist the Head Lead PCP with scheduling of Personal care Providers and Homemakers. Assist with the Clients and employee's notebooks. Will fill in as needed in the field. On-call every other weekends. Please call or send in your resume if interested.
