Less than a year old & rarely used. All features work, including Bluetooth connection for music playing during shower/bath, hydro massage jets, air massage, air therapy system, chromotherapy lighting, heated seat, hand held wand and rainfall showerhead.

My parents paid $21k for this in Feb. 2025. Unfortunately, with one a frail 90 y/o with heart failure and the other 85 with Alzheimer's, neither is able to understand or take advantage of all the bells & whistles of this walk-in hybrid tub/shower. In 9 months they've used it only 1-3 times per week.
