At only 40 pounds the SmartScoot can be taken anywhere. Lower the handlebars and remove the seat to make it more compact. Comes with a handlebar basket and a luggage holder. UPDATE: There is currently an issue with the battery - it does not charge. We have lowered the price from $1,500 to $500 AS IS...you will need to buy a new battery for about $600 or have the current battery issue resolved.
