They are great, hands-on learning tools for the medical, massage, osteopathic, or cranial sacral student, offering much greater understanding of the structures and their relationships than pictures in anatomy books.
The full-sized model consists of 18 bones which are held together with 104 strong magnets. The model includes occiput, sphenoid, parietals, frontal bone, temporals, ethmoid, vomer, palatines, maxilla (fused with nasal and lacrimal bones), inferior nasal concha, zygomatic bones, and mandible.
