Starting July 15th - Private boarding on 35 acres. 3 stall barn - 2 stalls available
* Large 12 x 12 stall
* Tack room and feed room * 16' x 20' stall run/20' x 20' stall run
* Round pen
* Daily stall cleaning
* Daily turnout on 30 acres of fenced property. Very peaceful, quiet area.
* Hay/alfalfa feeding twice daily. Owner to provide grain/supplements, as needed, I'll feed as directed.
* Pasture riding, or ride along our private, quiet and peaceful gravel road. Riding paths available with a stunning view of Rocky Mountains.
* Trailer parking available for an additional fee.

We are located 15 min. northeast of Parker- 10 miles east off Delbert Road off County Road 50/194 near Patrick Trails.
