I have a beautiful Toro 1028 powershift that starts right up every year with no issues. For some.reason this year it started right up as usual and turns the blades but isnt driving itself. Not sure what is wrong but I know it is a great blower and it is like new. I just dont need such a large blower and I dont want to figure out what is going on with it although she runs like a champ. This model pivots for maximum usage (power shift) and it is really cool to use. Call me and get a good deal for a good blower. -Dave
