The address of this sale is 8801 Creekside Way, which sometimes shows up as Littleton.
There is a gate (at the arrow on the map). The gate code is #5298. Don't let your GPS try to get you here without turning onto Creekside Way.
Parking is limited and most likely to be available just inside the gate. The sale is about 100 yards from there.
Thank you to those who came and helped us have a very successful first day of the sale, and to those who braved the snow yesterday. Of course, the storm kept a lot of people home, so we still have a lot of things left. Almost all of them are now marked down 50 PERCENT, so come on over!
I HAVE EDITED THE LIST BELOW TO REMOVE THE ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN SOLD. Some items in the accompanying photos have been sold.
Although we sold a lot, we continue to have a tremendous number of high-quality items, including shaving supplies (fancy stuff!), camping gear, and electronics. After going through a rough time in Colorado, a successful, 30-something gentleman has decided to start over. Taking nothing but his dog and what could fit in his Jeep, he has moved out of state. Everything else goes.
Again, very few items in this estate are of the cheap, "Wal-Mart variety." This is a man who bought quality. Also, besides one dog, there were no other pets in this household.
