Designed and built by CO architect for his child. Extremely well built and in great condition structurally, but needs a bit of sanding in sections and an overall paint job due to scribbles/stickers/splinters. Standard twin mattress size ideal for young child as the under loft area is small. Bed height (where mattress sits) 42”, guardrail height 54”, highest point of bed 72”, exterior width 79”, and exterior depth 41”.

Pick up only. Collapses into a flat pile of boards that are easy to move and stores efficiently. Handwritten instructions will be provided. Easy to assemble.
