Love seat in great condition and has been cleaned. The sofa has some boards in the back the unattached someone who is handy with furniture can fix it easy. I never did because it doesn’t affect the usability of the sofa. Middle seat on sofa is softer than the others from use. Sofa has some dried smile on it, we will do our best to get it out. SOFA 88 1/2 in wide x 37 in deep x 32 in high. LOVE IS 63 in wide x 37 in deep x 32 in high.
